Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles the checkout, payment, taxes, receipts and refunds under its Buyer Terms.
MaxVRS and its Pro licence are provided by Ing. Peter Hradecký, trading as Vault84Lab, a natural person registered in the Czech Trade Register (IČO 71533486), Luční 897, 252 66 Libčice nad Vltavou, Czech Republic. Your licence to use MaxVRS Pro is an agreement between you and Peter Hradecký. By buying or using a Pro licence, you agree to these terms.
What you buy
A MaxVRS Pro licence is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and it does not expire. It removes the demo pause from every Pro module and Pro effect and unlocks DRAG MIDI in Chord Lab.
The licence is issued to one person, in the licence name in your Vault84Lab account, and the serial carries that name. You may use it on every computer you own or use yourself: VST3 and the standalone app on macOS and Windows, and AU on macOS.
Every 1.x update of MaxVRS is free for licence holders.
The AI Sound Assistant works with your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription or API key, which you get from Anthropic or OpenAI under their own terms and prices. It is not included in MaxVRS or in a Pro licence.
The music and sounds you make with MaxVRS, including with its factory presets, are yours to use and release, commercially or not, with no royalties to pay.
Price and payment
The price is shown on the MaxVRS Pro page in US dollars. At checkout, Paddle adds VAT or sales tax where it applies in your country and shows the total before you pay. You pay once; the receipt comes from Paddle.
We may change the price, for example when a launch price ends. A change never affects a purchase already made.
Getting your serial
After your payment, we email an activation code to the address you gave at checkout. Redeem it in your free Vault84Lab account, and your Pro serial is issued in your licence name and emailed to you. Enter the name and serial in MaxVRS; the check runs offline, and MaxVRS never contacts our servers for it.
If no email arrives within a day, check your spam folder, then contact us.
Using your licence
You agree not to:
- share, publish or sell your serial or activation code, or let anyone else use them;
- crack, bypass or remove the licence check, or distribute a modified MaxVRS;
- copy or redistribute MaxVRS, or sell or share its presets, samples or wavetables as sound libraries of your own;
- reverse engineer MaxVRS, except where the law allows it;
- use our website or services unlawfully, for fraud or spam, or to interfere with their security, for example by probing, scraping or uploading malware.
MaxVRS, its presets and the Vault84Lab name remain the property of Peter Hradecký. You receive a licence to use them, not ownership.
Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase, as described in our Refund Policy. When a purchase is refunded or charged back, its licence is revoked: the serial is removed from your account and may no longer be used.
Ending a licence
We may revoke a licence that was refunded, charged back or bought fraudulently, or whose serial was shared or published against these terms. Otherwise your licence does not end.
Warranty
The warranty terms in Terms & Audio Safety apply to MaxVRS Pro too. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights if the software is faulty.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. If a dispute cannot be settled with us, consumers can turn to the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce) for out-of-court resolution.
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the day you buy applies to your purchase.
